About your guide:
Dina is an executive coach, mentor and team facilitator, specializing in development of global leaders and intercultural transitions. She was one of the first in Australia to apply coaching methodologies in her work with executives on international assignments and accompanying spouses. She gained extensive business experience in Europe and Australia, working for large international organizations in the areas of Human Resources, Change Management and Corporate Communications. Her coaching specialties include leadership in complexity, career development, stress management, cultural adaptation, management of multicultural and global teams. In partnership with international experts she co-facilitates advanced international seminars in various locations throughout the world.
Dina’s philosophy is that diversity is a fundamental human asset and source of innovation leading to superior individual and organizational results. Highly trained in advanced and varied coaching methodologies, Dina works with clients constructively to find solutions to complex problems enabling personal and professional growth. She holds a Graduate Diploma of Counselling and is a member of the Association for Coaching (UK), International Coach Federation, Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (Chair Ethics Committee), Hong Kong International Coaching Community, International Leadership Association, Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) Europa, and University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association.
