About your guide:
Peter P.W. Chen (e-mail granddragon@sina.com) is a Senior Business Management Consultant/Coach/Trainer based in Shanghai since 1991. He specializes in Investment, Management and Trade in and with China as well as Human Resource Development. All four of his professional secretarial workshops, organized by the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce in 2004, were overwhelmingly overbooked. Among his trainees are executives and senior secretaries from multinationals, such as General Motors, Deloitte, GSK, Hitachi, Sanyo, Intel, Mandarin Hotels, Radisson Hotels, Philips, A C Nielson, Siemens, etc.. Topics of training that he has conducted included: Secretarial Training, Communication, Time Management, Salesmanship, Marketing Management, Interpersonal Relations.
Prior to this, he was in charge of the China Business Division for Osotspa Co. Ltd., a 112 year old major Thai FMCG conglomerate.
