About your guide
Rana Sinha is a specialist in cross-cultural training and effective communication supported by coaching and mentoring in connection with Human Resources Management. His professional interests include social psychology, enterprise, leadership and organisational strategy. His other interests are reading, travel, gardening, glider flying, comparative religion and mythology. Born in 1958 in Kolkata, India to a Finnish mother and an Indian father, Rana has lived permanently in Finland since 1981. He has studied in the UK, USA and also lived in Italy as well as in India. He likes to spend time with his family and says, "I have found the Finnish people to be sincere and friendly. In spite of numerous instances of 'culture-shock', living in Finland has been a positive experience. I will be glad to offer any help about moving to Finland."
