About your guide:

Mr. Whitfield is a citizen of the United States of America. He attended university in America and Europe and holds a B.A. in History and a J.D. with a concentration in Transnational Business Transactions and Comparative Legal Systems. Resident in Indonesia since 1988, he is now with Executive Orientation Services of Jakarta which he co-founded.

Mr. Whitfield has an advanced level of Indonesian language ability and knowledge of Indonesian business customs and culture. With over eighteen years of business experience in North America and abroad, his specializations include cross-cultural business management and program coordination. He has extensive experience in conducting training programs in the Republic of Indonesia. He also brings three years experience in staff management and operations in Washington D.C. and two years legal practice in the private sector.

Executive Orientation Services (EOS) is a 100% Indonesian-owned consulting service company, which provides business-based, cross-cultural orientation and training programs and intensive Indonesian and English language instruction.
