Lunch time is later than standard American time. Lunch could be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. or even from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Even though Peruvians seem to have a polychromic view of time, it is expected that foreigners arrive to a meeting on time, but Peruvians might take their time to arrive to the meeting. If one is having lunch or dinner for the first time with the Peruvian party, it is likely that the foreigner is going to be served a Pisco Sour (Peruvian National Alcoholic Drink) regardless of the time.
