Be respectful with others. Use the Golden Rule “Treat others as you want to be treated” or "Treat others only in ways that you're willing to be treated in the same situation."
Also, even if a foreign businessperson’s Spanish language skills are not the best, a simple try or simple effort to learn a few Spanish words can make a big difference. Please go beyond a simplistic “Hola!”… Buenos Dias (good morning), Buenas Tardes (good afternoon), and Buenas Noches (good evening / good night) (say ”Buenas Noches” when it gets dark) is much better.
