Sebastian Karwala is a specialist in business administration and effective learning methods supported by coaching and mentoring in connection with Human Resources Management. His professional interests include social psychology, enterprise, leadership and organisational strategy.
His experience with the Polish business culture goes back to the '90s. He contributed to the development of international organisations such as AIESEC (Association Internationale des Etudiants en Sciences Economiques et Commerciales) and AEGEE (Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l’Europe). He also worked for European House, where he launched a multi-educational project concerning EuroForum. Today he works for Geneva (Polska) ltd. as an International Operations Consultant responsible for foreign investments and for BPO (Business Process Offshoring) in Poland for various multinational companies.
