Clive Viegas Bennett is originally from London, England but has lived and worked in Lisbon in Portugal for over 20 years. He is an executive coach and HR consultant. He is also European Executive Director of MGI, one of the world’s top 30 audit and accounting networks. Clive has written extensively, including in academic journals, about international management culture. He has an MA in Psychology and Philosophy from Oxford, an MBA from Cranfield and a Diploma in Translation from the Institute of Linguists in London. He was managing partner of a leading headhunting firm in Lisbon for nearly 10 years and was previously Managing Director of a shipping company. Before that he was a senior official in the British House of Commons. Clive speaks fluent French and Portuguese, passable Spanish, bad German and has travelled widely.
