		+	Before and during the initial phase of his career, Joerg studied Physics, Business Administration, Marketing, and Advertising. Working for Nixdorf Computer in the 80's as a Communications Specialist, he moved up through the ranks in Sales and Marketing. Later with Siemens Nixdorf, he spent 8 years developing business for the company in almost all the countries in Asia. During his last posting to Singapore as a VP, he was responsible for the company’s business in the Transportation Sector and was involved in mainly Airport and Railway projects in Asia. Since 1999, Joerg has been running his own consulting practice here in Singapore, focusing on the areas of Business Development, Partner Search, Business Realignments and Interim Management. He is currently also holding senior management positions in local subsidiaries of mainly European Firms. Joerg is also an avid sailor participating in local regattas as well as teaching how to sail in his spare time. Multiple teambuilding and motivational events have been held on his sailing yacht "Red Bear" in recent years.
