This section was put together with help from Denyce Seow. Denyce started her career in the hospitality industry. Her commitment to service excellence won her the "Excellence in Service Award" from the Singapore Tourism Board in 1998.
Leading by example, Denyce is an outstanding trainer and consultant, especially in the area of service excellence, coaching and leadership skills. Throughout Asia, she has trained various organisations that are now reputed for their service excellence - namely Giordano, Hewlett Packard, M1 Shops, Siemens, TNT Express and others.
In 2002, Denyce was invited to lecture at London Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Shandong, China. Recognising her experiences, Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology in Jiangsu, China has engaged her as a foreign expert for English. Denyce has received bilingual training in English and Chinese. Currently, she heads D'Lab Pte Ltd's Asia translation team based in China, working closely with clients in the Chinese and Asia-Pacific markets for translation, training and other language services.
