First Name or Title?

Titles such as “Doctor” are used where applicable. Mr. and Last Name as well as Ms and Last Name are commonly used. First name basis is, however, equally common. Tread carefully here and observe. There is no solid rule except that usually you are expected to give someone who is much older or senior “face” and respect and you may want to use the Last Name basis here. Observe how others get introduced to you and stick with that.
