Business Dress for a meeting is generally the same as elsewhere in the world. It is essential to be formal at the first meeting. Pant suits are acceptable for women. Low cut dresses are not recommended, however. For gentlemen, suits and ties are formal and necessary most of the time. For other occasions, you will need to play it by ear. When in doubt, you can ask the host if a specific type of dress is needed.
