About your guide:
Kate Berardo is a Northwestern educated intercultural specialist who helps people create paths of intercultural awareness, build global careers, and function effectively in a variety of life and work environments. She is the founder of the web portal Culturosity.com, and the co-author of Putting Diversity to Work, a workbook that helps managers leverage the diversity present in their organizations to improve working environments and increase profitability. Kate recently moved from Sapporo, Japan to the South of France to develop innovative cultural awareness tools and programs.
